Refund policy

Key Information:

- Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- 30% restocking fee applies to all agreed cancellations. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. Unreturned goods are non-refundable.

Returning Purchases
Purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in original condition with tags attached and show no signs of use, washing, or alterations.

To start a return, contact customer service at sales@pondlinersco.co.uk . We will provide a return form and address.

Damaged Items
If an order arrives damaged, take a photo within 24 hours as evidence and email it to sales@pondlinersco.co.uk with your order number. Our team will find a solution. Claims made after 24 hours will not be valid.

Refund Processing
When we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you by email if it is accepted. Accepted returns will be refunded within 5 days to the original payment method. If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or provider first. If they are not the issue, contact us at sales@pondlinersco.co.uk.

Warranty

Certain products (e.g. pond liners) are sold with long-term manufacturer warranties (e.g. 40-year warranty) covering material or manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, incorrect installation, or unsuitable application (e.g. use with sharp objects, animals, or without protective underlay);

• Normal wear and tear;

• Damage caused by ground movement, roots, or external forces.

If a customer believes a product is defective, it will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, including shipping and handling.

• If the manufacturer confirms a valid material defect, a repair, replacement, or refund will be issued at their discretion.

• If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

The Seller’s liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied. The Seller shall not be liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from the use or misuse of the goods.
