Act Quickly When Your Pond Fish Show Signs of Illness
Fish disease can escalate rapidly in pond environments, where infection spreads through the water to every fish within days. Early identification and prompt treatment are essential. Common signs to watch for include white spots on fins and body, ulcers or open wounds, fish rubbing against surfaces (flashing), lethargy, loss of appetite, and reddening around the gills or fins.

Important Application Notes
Before treating, always calculate your pond volume accurately (length × width × average depth in metres × 1,000 = litres). Measure the dose carefully and dilute in a bucket of pond water before distributing evenly across the pond surface. Switch off your UV clarifier during treatment — UV light rapidly degrades the active ingredients. Ensure good aeration throughout the treatment period.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe for koi and goldfish?
Yes, when used at the correct dosage. Always calculate your exact pond volume and measure carefully. Fish should show improved behaviour within 3–5 days of correct treatment.
Should I switch off my filter during treatment?
Keep your biological filter running — the bacteria it houses are beneficial. However, switch off any UV clarifier, as UV light breaks down the active ingredients.
How quickly will I see results?
Improvement in fish behaviour is typically seen within 48–72 hours. White spot cysts begin to drop off within 5–7 days. A second treatment after 7 days may be required for heavy infestations.
Is it safe for plants and wildlife?
Designed for fish ponds. We recommend removing sensitive aquatic plants before treatment and avoiding use in ponds containing amphibians or invertebrates.
How do I prevent reinfection?
Quarantine all new fish for a minimum of 3 weeks before introducing to the main pond. Maintain good water quality through regular partial water changes and adequate filtration.

The treatment is straightforward to use, and it worked better than I hoped. Had a few goldfish that were looking a bit worse for wear with white spots and the infections didnt stand a chance against this stuff. Compared with other treatments Ive tried, this one cleaned up my pond quicker and the fish perked up fast too!
Used these before to tackle issues in our breeding tanks and they work effectively. Previous products didnt quite cut through infections like this one does. Really noticed a change in the fish health within days, especially with stubborn white spot on the koi carp.
Fantastic solution for dealing with infections in my goldfish pond. I treated the ponds as per instructions and noticed a remarkable reduction of white spots within days. Really pleased with how straightforward it was to apply, making maintaining healthy fish much easier.
Was skeptical at first as theres no clear application tool, but a quick splash in the hotel courtyard pond had the fish looking lively again. Noticed the infections almost vanished after a week, and even the koi seemed sprightlier despite the cooler evenings.
Got this for our backyard koi pond, as a few of the fish were starting to show signs of illness. After applying it according to the instructions, it surprisingly worked well at clearing up the infections without any hassle. The water is healthier now, and the fish are looking lively again!
